0/5, Awful, looks nothing like the photo whatsoever. Thought they may have mislabelled the shade so got in contact and they told me to 'dig in' to the product and basically told me how to do makeup which i already KNOW how to do. The 'bone' shade is apparently a warm brown grey, even after "digging in", complete WASTE OF MONEY. Sent photos and it DOESNT match the pale grey pictured. It seems this is a regular complaint as theres a makeup artist who uses colour theroy to prove this doesnt match on tictok ect. They dont say its jolie beauty but after my experience and review i KNOW it is now. Was told management will review the product. No offers to amend the issue, just told i was wrong. Dont buy unless you want to waste monsy and get insulted at the same time
