Fairly poor customer service notwithstanding, I really love this palette. The mattes are pigmented without being overwhelming, and they blend beautifully without staining my eyelids. The shimmers and duo/multichromes are the most beautiful eyeshadows I have ever used. There is a slight smell to the palette, but it doesn’t stay once the product is applied. I suspect it’s the glue in the packaging itself. I am so impressed with this palette!

This was so worth the wait. The brushes are absolutely beautiful. The colours of the bristles, the handles are glittery and the pouch they are stored in feels and even smells nice!
Every single item has been shown incredible attention to detail and these are the brushes i didn't know i needed.
